Refund & Cancellation Policy
Strict No‑Refunds: All purchases are final. No refunds are available after the purchase is done, for any reason, including change of mind. Please review plan details carefully before paying.

This policy applies to all SardarTrades offerings, including online mentorship, offline mentorship, 1–1 sessions, workshops, and digital resources.
2) Before you enroll
- Ensure you understand the curriculum, schedule, and prerequisites.
- Confirm device/internet requirements for online sessions.
- Clarify your goals and experience level with our team if needed.
3) Payments & taxes
- Fees are payable upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Prices are generally exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST) unless stated.
- In case of EMI/part‑payments, all installments remain payable as scheduled.
4) Rescheduling & substitutions
- Group session timings may be adjusted with prior notice.
- If you miss a live session, recordings or alternate slots may be offered at our discretion (subject to availability); this does not entitle you to a refund.
- Seat transfers require our prior written consent.
5) Exceptions (limited)
- Duplicate charge or proven payment error: If our payment partner confirms a duplicate deduction or processing error, we will rectify it.
- Statutory rights: If a non‑waivable right under applicable law requires a remedy, we will honor that requirement.
